How We Do It
Items that are marked FREE SHIPPING on the shopping page will be shipped for free! In order to keep your prices down and our service cost simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. If there are any charges, It's indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within the contiguous United States (Please get in touch with us for information on international shipping costs). We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with the exception: if you are shipping an order to StatesToCollectSalesTaxExclusive. We are required by state laws to charge sales tax.
Certain products we offer do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount. The total item shipping charges, if any, will be detailed in the shopping cart page prior to checkout.
Labey Candle Return Policy
We always want to ensure our valved customers are super satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of a purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.

To return a product, send the product back to us via mail or shipping company, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of 5% of cost for the product.
